Artist Profile

Argyrios (Ari) Hatzinakos is an interdisciplinary visual artist currently completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts at OCAD university in the Painting and Drawing Program. He specializes in impressionist and postmodern landscapes. His paintings combine bold pallet knife strokes with gesso work to add dimension and movement to his landscapes.  He is currently experimenting with surfaces and form, problematizing both what constitutes landscape and representation art.
